Guests may check in any time after 3pm. The registration desk is open 24 hours a day for late arrivals.
Check-out

Guests must depart prior to 12pm. Vehicles and luggage may be left beyond check-out time.
Cancellation Policy

Please cancel reservations 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night room charge.
Occupancy Tax

Local government charges a 15% value added tax (VAT) for each night.
Pets

No pets are allowed at the Tropical Enclave Guest House. Assistance animals are always welcome.
Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any building at Tropical Enclave.
